Participants can register for MIMTC as delegates, B2B facilitators, visitors, or book exhibition spaces (stands).

• Accuracy of Information: You must supply accurate, complete, and current information when filling out registration forms.
• Payment & Fees: Booking fees, delegate passes, and stand packages must be paid in accordance with the invoices issued. All payments are subject to local taxes where applicable.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@mimtc.net. Refund policies depend on the date of cancellation relative to the event and the specific stand agreement contract.

3. Medical Tourism & Services Disclaimer

MIMTC serves as a high-level B2B networking and exhibition congress connecting healthcare providers, wellness organizations, medical travel agencies, and prospective investors.

Any medical decisions, treatment contracts, or agreements signed between delegates, patients, and exhibitors/hospitals are strictly between the involved parties. We are not liable for clinical outcomes or any disputes that may arise from partnerships formed during the congress.

• Scribbling false registration information or pretending to represent an organization without authorization.
